The following terms and conditions apply to using the 123math program:

1. Parents agree to use the print and audio material for their own personal use to help their son(s) or daughter(s) learn their Basic Facts of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
2. Reproduction of 123math programming in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of 123math is strictly prohibited, WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT parents of registered son(s) and / or daughter(s) have permission to reproduce the print material only for the expressed purpose to provide the necessary print copies for their registered son(s) and / or daughter(s).
3. Distribution of the print and audio material of the 123math program, in any form or by any means without prior written permission of the author of 123math, is strictly prohibited.
4. Parents are encouraged to contact 123math.ca by email at witagoo@gmail.com (or by phone) to clarify their understanding of lessons, to update the progress of their son or daughter or for any reason whatsoever relating to our math program.
